The hotel had clean rooms and comfortable beds. There was a receptionist who greeted us every time we returned from touring around Nashville, which made us feel welcome. The hotel felt safe because I noticed that the front door was locked, and only guests could enter using their keycards. The location was convenient, with just one bus ride needed to reach downtown Nashville.

The breakfast was good even tho I think a bit more can be added on some days. I am happy with my stay. Front desk, maintenance guy and kitchen staff remarkable very helpful and pleasant i will say. The linen, surroundings and interior very clean. Highly recommended anytime and I'll stay there again.

Having read bad reviews i was worried that it might not have lived up to my expectations. However everything about this hotel from the welcome, the cleanliness, the swimming pool, the room, the excellent breakfast, the location was perfect DONT GO BY THE POOR REVIEWS!

Spot on place to stay for the price! Saved a lot of money staying here than been closer to Broadway, an uber is about $10 each way to Broadway so well worth the price saving! Rooms are huge staff are great also a great little pizza shop at the side that’s open till 5am!

I , unfortunately,could not partake in breakfast. My husband has surgery and we had to leave at 5 am. 🥺 The only negative is that we were on the 3rd floor and I am assuming one of the staff that lives there was cooking and it smelled so bad. They had their door open. Other than that..it was good.. Hot shower and clean room. Would stay again.

We first booked at another best western, closer to the airport but it was extreamly dirty and smelled of mold and musty. We had to stay there the first night and then moved to this one. This one was more expensive but met our expectations. The room was an excelent size and the bed (king) was really nice. There was a small fridge, which for us was important. The breakfast buffet, included, was super good and well maintained by one of the staff. Not one of those, setup and leave it kind of things. You could go anytime during the posted hours and it would be restocked with everything. There were lots of choices and you could even make plates to take back to your room.

I liked our room, it was clean and smelled nice. Comfortable bed, refrigerator, microwave. Water pressure was nice and bathroom was clean. The breakfast was nice. I was a little dissapointed there wasnt bacon or omlete station, but to be fair, we did get down kinda late. Im sure if we showed up early it would've been a better breakfast spread.

Everything was OK. Besides the loose toilet seat and the down spout, it was stuck in one position .
